Tutoring with BGCM Tutors

BGCM stands firm in believing that despite their circumstances or mistakes, every child has been specifically chosen by God to do magnificent things! With the right love, direction, mentoring and - yes - education, every child has the ability to be exceptional! Effective tutors provide students with confidence, knowledge, and the mindset to succeed; after which they will continue to thrive.

Tutoring and Food Security Program

In addition to our standard tutoring offerings, we are proud to introduce the BGCM Tutoring and Food Security Program, designed to support 5-10 low-income students aged 6-18 in grades 1-12. This initiative, taking place during President's weekend and Easter/Spring breaks, aims to ensure access to healthy food alongside academic tutoring in subjects like organization, math, English, history, sciences, and foreign languages.

Comprehensive Tutoring in Core Subjects

BGCM offers comprehensive tutoring in math, English, science, homework help, and more. Our program is tailored to empower young individuals from underserved communities, providing them with the skills and resources to excel academically and beyond. Students will be expected to complete practice assignments during the week, in between sessions, to solidify learning.

Virtual Tutoring

Sessions are offered virtually, seamlessly fitting into every family’s schedule. With travel time eliminated, virtual tutoring is a convenient, affordable approach to supporting your child’s learning.

Individual One-On-One Tutoring

The one-on-one environment of our private tutors means children's capabilities can be nurtured, enhanced, and grown outside the noise of the classroom, and their full potential can be realized.

Group Tutoring

Many students enjoy working alongside their peers due to the social aspect of group tutoring. Students will study in groups of 2-5 students.

Nutritional Awareness and Meal Planning

As part of our Food Security Program, we collaborate with a food scientist to provide families with crucial information on healthy eating, meal planning, and nutritional guidelines. This ensures our students not only excel academically but also maintain a healthy lifestyle.
